Development of a tool to facilitate the PA process. By payor/drug to include covered indications, specific criteria that need to be met, succinct explanation of what payor actually needs to see and verbiage that provides justification.

So many times with the PA process, it seems the payor is trying to create a tool that applies to all meds/all indications and does not set up the PA tool from the perspective of the person completing/submitting the form.
